The first planned accession is the collection of Curt Clark, Secretary-Treasurer of the American APD Corporation, the organization of shipmates of the flush deck destroyers converted as fast transports known as the “Green Dragons.” It will mark the beginning of a long-term effort to house artifacts for which no other suitable home has been found.
